OpenClipboard()
Get ownership of the clipboard

Syntax
OpenClipboard( <hWnd> )   -->   lSuccess

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window to become the clipboard
owner.

Returns
If successful, a logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise
FALSE (.F.) is returned (in which case the clipboard is
currently in use).

Description
This function attempts to open the Windows clipboard.  The
window will not actually become the owner unless/until it
calls the EmptyClipboard() function.

     EmptyClipboard()
     SetClipbData( CF_TEXT, "Some textual data or other" )
     CloseClipboard()
