GetMenuHandle()
Return the menu handle of a menu

Syntax
GetMenuHandle( <aMenu> )   -->   hMenu

Arguments
<aMenu> is the existing menu, originally obtained from
CreateMenu() or CreatePopupMenu().

Returns
The handle of the menu item is returned.

Description
This function returns the handle used by Windows for the menu.

aMenu = CreateMenu()
AppendMenu( aMenu, "help",                 ;
            MF_ENABLED + MF_STRING,        ;
            "&Help", { | cId |  Help() } )
hMenu = GetMenuHandle( aMenu )
