WVBXDialog:PreInitDialog() Method
Initialise the VBX controls in a dialog
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
<oDlg>:PreInitDialog()   -->   x

Arguments
None.

Returns
The return value is not used.

Description
This method is normally called automatically to perform
initialisation needed for VBX controls.  You do not usually
invoke this method directly.
