WDialog:PreInitDialog() Method
Do pre-initialisation just before the main dialog initialisation
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
<oWnd>:PreInitDialog()   -->   nil

Arguments
None.

Returns
NIL.

Description
This method allows you to do initialisation just before
OnInitDialog().  It is used internally by VBX dialogs.
