WDialog:Valid Access

Description
A logical indicating whether the dialog's state is valid.  As
defined, this is only .T. if all the controls are valid.  When
defined in a sub-class, this is usually an access method which
decides when invoked whether the state is valid.  Because it
may be invoked quite often, it is usually not a good idea to
prompt the user.
