WAppBase:Exec() Method
Execute an application
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
<oApp>:Exec()   -->   self

Arguments
None.

Returns
SELF.

Description
This method is declared DEFERRED in the base class so that the
behaviour can be easily specified in the appropriate
descendant class.  Usually all the sub-class does is to enter
a message loop of some sort.
