IsIconic()
Determine if a window is currently minimised (an icon)

Syntax
IsIconic( <hWnd> )   -->   lIconic

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window.

Returns
A logical TRUE (.T.) if the window is minimised.  Otherwise,
FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function can be used to find out whether the specified
window is currently minimised (i.e. to an icon).  The
OpenIcon() function can be used to restore the window.
