GetDesktopWindow()
Return the handle of the desktop window
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
GetDesktopWindow()   -->   hWnd

Arguments
None.

Returns
A handle to the desktop window is returned as an integer.

Description
This function can be used to retrieve a handle to the desktop
window (which covers the entire display).

Example
hWnd = GetDesktopWindow()
?  "Desktop window: ",  hWnd
