SetScrollPos()
Set the scroll box position

Syntax
SetScrollPos( <hWnd>, <nBar>, <nPos>, <lRepaint> )   -->   nOldPos

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window with the scroll bar, or the
handle to an actual scroll bar.

<nBar> is an integer which identifies the scroll bar.  (One of
the SB_* values defined in WINDOWS.CH.)

<nPos> is an integer which specifies the new position.  It
must be within the scrolling range (set by the SetScrollRange()
function).

<lRepaint> is a logical, which should be TRUE (.T.) to re-draw
the scroll bar.

Returns
The old position is returned as a numeric value.

Description
This function can be used to set the position of the scroll
box (also called a "thumb") within a scroll bar.  The <nBar>
parameter identifies the scroll bar as follows:

     <nBar>         means

     SB_CTL         Sets the position within the scroll bar <hWnd>

     SB_HORZ        Sets the position of the window's horizontal scroll bar

     SB_VERT        Sets the position of the window's vertical scroll bar
