SetCursor()
Select a new mouse cursor

Syntax
SetCursor( <hCursor> )   -->   hOldCursor

Arguments
<hCursor> is the handle to the new cursor.

Returns
The handle of the old cursor is returned as an integer.

Description
This function sets the shape of the cursor used to represent
the position of the mouse.

hCursor = LoadCursor( hInst, IDC_WAIT )   // hour-glass cursor
hOldCursor = SetCursor( hCursor )
