WritePvProfString()
Write a string into an entry in an application's initialisation file

Syntax
WritePvProfString( <cSection>, <cEntry>, <cNewString>,
                   <cFile> )   -->   lSuccess

Arguments
<cSection> is the name of a section in the initialisation
file.

<cEntry> is the name of an entry within the <cSection> section
in the file.

<cNewString> is the string to be written in the entry.

<cFile> is the name of the file.  If no path is specified, the
Windows directory is searched.

Returns
If successful, logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise FALSE
(.F.) is returned.

Description
This function is like WriteProfString(), except the
application's private file is searched.

Example
// Suppose APP.INI contains:
//        [ClipApp]
//        level=expert
? GetPvProfString( "ClipApp", "level", "novice", "app.ini" )
// result: expert

WritePvProfString( "ClipApp", "level", "novice", "app.ini" )

? GetPvProfString( "ClipApp", "level", "", "app.ini" )
// result: novice
