GetProfInt()
Return an integer from an entry in WIN.INI

Syntax
GetProfInt( <cSection>, <cEntry>, <nDefault> )   -->   nValue

Arguments
<cSection> is the name of a section in the WIN.INI file.

<cEntry> is the name of an entry within the <cSection> section
in WIN.INI.

<nDefault> is an integer value to use if the specified entry
is not found.

Returns
If the entry is found and the corresponding value is a valid
integer, its value is returned.

If the entry is found and the corresponding value is not a
valid integer, zero is returned.

If the entry is not found, the <nDefault> value is returned.

Description
The file WIN.INI in the Windows directory (e.g. C:\WINDOWS) is
examined for an entry like:
          [ <cSection> ]
                   .  .  .
          <cEntry> = 12345
and the value (here, 12345) is returned.

//        [ClipApp]
//        level=1
