C4W_Not()
Return the bitwise inverse of a number

Syntax
C4W_Not( <nValue> )   -->   nResult

Arguments
<nValue> is the numeric value.

Returns
The returned value is the bitwise inverse of the value.

Description
This function performs a bitwise NOT of the value.

You can clear some bits in a number by Anding with the inverse
(bitwise NOT) of the bits.

Example
n = 0
? n := C4W_Not( n )      // Result:  -1
? C4W_Not( n )           // Result:  0  (i.e. the original
value)
