 C1002   Procedure returns value

     Explanation:  You specified a RETURN statement with a return value
     within a procedure definition.  In CA-Clipper, function definitions may
     return values but procedure definitions may not. If you specify a return
     value within a procedure definition, the compiler generates this warning
     and the runtime system returns the specified value in the same way as
     for a function definition.

     Action:  Change the declaration from PROCEDURE to FUNCTION or remove
     the return value from the erroneous RETURN statement.
