       Purpose

   Determine status of SET EXCLUSIVE ON/OFF command.

       Parameters

   None.

       Return Value

   .T. if SET EXCLUSIVE ON, otherwise .F.

       Comments

   Use ISEXCLUS() to determine how a Clipper program module should 
   proceed when opening .DBFs.
