       Purpose

   Determine if SET DEVICE TO command is pointing to the printer.

       Parameters

   None.

       Return Value

   .T. if SET DEVICE TO PRINTER is in effect.

       Comments

   Use ISDEVICE() in a UDF to query Clipper's device setting, change 
   it if necessary, and then restore the original value.
