 tolower()               Convert 'c' To Lowercase, If Appropriate

 int        c;                           Character to be converted

    tolower() converts 'c' to lowercase, if 'c' is an uppercase letter.
    If 'c' is already lowercase, it remains unchanged.

       Returns:     The converted character 'c'. There is no error
                    return.
