 stime()                 Set Time

 #include   <time.h>

 int        stime(tp);
 time_t *tp;

    stime() sets the time and date in the system.  The value of the time
    is measured in seconds elapsed since 00:00:00 Greenwich mean time,
    January 1, 1970, and is pointed to by 'tp'.

       Returns:     0, if successful.
