 BLIERRNUM()

 Purpose:
 Get Blinker error number.

 Syntax:
 nuValue = BLIERRNUM()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 Blinker Error Number

 Description:
 This function returns the Blinker runtime error number, and is for use in
 the Blinker error handler BLERRPRG. In normal operation the value returned
 is zero, meaning no error.
