 1140: new .EXE contains more than 254 segments

 This message indicates that the Windows or DOS extended .EXE or .DLL file
 would contain more than the maximum of 254 segments allowed by the Microsoft
 New .EXE file format. This error can usually be resolved by adding the
 command PACKDATA to the link script file, which causes multiple data
 segments to be combined wherever possible at link time.

 This error can also occur if the BLINKER SEGMENT THRESHOLD command has been
 used to reduce the size of combined segments, so the THRESHOLD should be
 increased until the .EXE is created successfully.
