 Symantec SCD debugger

 Symantec C++ 4.0 and above directly support CodeView 4.x and its associated
 CodeView information, so may be used to debug DOS real mode and Windows
 programs created with Blinker. When using these compilers, simply use the
 default CVVERSION value of 5 and debug as usual.

 The Symantec SCD debugger CANNOT be used to debug DOS extended programs, to
 do so requires a protected mode debugger such as NuMega SoftICE/W.
 If you receive a Blinker error `1138, unable to find and execute program',
 then please copy or rename the Symantec CodeView information packing utility
 to CVPACK.EXE.
