 BLINKER environment variable run time settings
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Run time behaviour of a Blinker DOS extended program can be modified by
 setting the BLINKER environment variable from the DOS prompt. These settings
 represent the initial letters of the corresponding BLINKER link script
 commands.

 The settings and their meanings are as follows (where there are choices the
 default is in bold print):

 /DTnnnn        Set extended memory threshold for DUAL mode program to run
                in protected mode
 /EBnnnn        Set extended memory block size
 /ED+  |  /ED-  Enable / Disable extender debugging
 /EInnn         Set number of extender IPX ECB buffers
 /EK+  |  /EK-  Enable / Disable special extender keyboard handling
 /ELnnnn        Set limit of extended memory to use
 /ETnnnn        Set extended memory threshold for EXTENDED mode program.
 /HD+  |  /HD-  Enable / Disable DPMI host support
 /HM+  |  /HM-  Enable / Disable status message display
 /HP+  |  /HP-  Enable / Disable real mode interrupt pass up
 /HQ+  |  /HQ-  Enable / Disable QDPMI host support
 /HV+  |  /HV-  Enable / Disable VCPI host support
 /HX+  |  /HX-  Enable / Disable XMS host support
 /LRnnn         Reserve low memory for program use
