 Load size, .EXE size and memory

 For dynamically overlaid programs the amount of memory required is the sum
 of (1) the load size + (2) the overlay area + (3) additional memory
 dynamically allocated by the program. Note that the overlay area size is not
 included in the load size calculation by dynamic overlay linkers, but is
 included by static overlay linkers.
