 Industry standard file formats

 along with comments. All Blinker specific commands are prefixed with the
 BLINKER keyword for easy identification.
 The module definition files for Windows programs are the standard Windows
 .DEF files.

 The DOS extended .EXE files are in standard Windows segmented .EXE file
 format. This format allows a program to be stored in an efficient manner,
 providing fast load times and maximum compatibility with copy protection and
 anti-virus software.
