+ Addition or Unary Plus MASM Operator

    expression1 + expression2 (Addition)
 or
    + expression (Unary Plus)

Adds 2 expressions together, producing a value, or makes an expression
    a positive expression.

Notes: The Addition operator ('+') can be used to add an
integer number to a relocatable memory operand. Only
one expression can not be relocatable memory operand.
Both expressions can be integer values.

The Unary Plus has a higher precedence then the Addition
operator. See 'Operator Precedence' for the order of
                  operator precedence.
