Most CLIPPER 5 programs require 100-200k of free memory above the load
image of the program.  How much space is needed will depend upon how many
tables are open, and how your program manages memory variables.

If you're running out of memory when running a program, first unload any
TSR programs you may have installed. Then try again.

Sometimes CLIPPER environmental settings can be adjusted to get around
marginal memory problems.  Try making available more expanded memory
available allowing an increased E setting, and more disk swap space.
