Purpose

Counts occurrences of an item in an array.

Arguments

     pTarget -- item to count

     aArray  -- array to search

Returns

The number of occurrences of pTarget in aArray.

None.

Example

     LOCAL students := { "Mary", "John", "Mike", "Beth", "John" }
     ? ACOUNT( "John", students )         && Returns 2
