Syntax

PMT( _princ, _rate, _years )

Purpose

Calculate the mortgage payment on a loan.

Arguments

     _princ -- principal

     _rate -- annual interest rate

     _years -- number of years in loan period

Setup

Valid parameters are assumed.

Example

     _princ := 100000
     _rate  := .125
     _years := 10

     PMT(_princ, _rate, _years )

Returns

The payment required to service a loan for _princ at an interest rate
of _rate over a period of _years.
