Syntax

MAKE_MENU()

Purpose

The default menu builder for THE_USUAL(), called by SET_TABLE() and
AUTO_INIT(). It fills the arrays of menu choices, messages and udfs with
default values.

Arguments

None.

Setup

This function is called if you leave DICT->udf_init set to SET_TABLE.

Example

     MAKE_MENU()

Returns

1.

Side Effects

It fills the arrays of menu choices, messages and udfs. The udfs are drawn
from the application dictionary.
