   Advanced Commands

   To use Advantage advanced commands when using the Advantage RDD with
   other RDDs in your application, you must include an Advantage header
   file in your source file(s).  Then, recompile and relink your
   application.  Advanced commands you may want to access include BEGIN
   TRANSACTION, SET RIGHTS CHECKING, and SET AXS LOCKING.
