   Link the Advantage RDD With Other RDDs

   To use an Advantage RDD with other RDDs (such as CA-Clipper's DBFNTX
   or SuccessWare's SIx driver), your application must include the
   appropriate Advantage header file if you are using commands.  (Refer
   to the next section "Advantage Header Files" or "Advantage Header File
   and Object File Guide".)

   The header file references an Advantage RDD making it unnecessary to link
   an Advantage OBJ file in the link process. The header file also gives
   you access to all Advantage advanced commands.
