   Communication Libraries
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   An Advantage communication library needs to be linked into your
   application to provide a communication layer between the client RDD and
   the Advantage server. The communication libraries allow for IPX protocol
   communication to the Advantage Database Server for NetWare and to the
   Advantage Database Server for Windows NT. Communication libraries also
   exist for IP protocol communication to the Advantage Internet Server or
   the Advantage Database Server for Windows NT (only).

   The IPX communication libraries are found in the \AXS\COMM directory.
   The IP communications must be installed separately and are located in
   the \ADSDOSIP directory. Note which linker you are using. Select the
   correct library file to include in your link command or script.
