 Close a memo file in the specified work area

 Arguments

     wa is a pointer to self.

 Description

     The closeMemFile() method closes the memo file in the work area
     referenced by wa.

 Implementation Notes

     .  closeMemFile() isolates the code necessary to close the memo
        file.  It is normally called by close() when the database has an
        associated memo file.

 Files  Header file is Rdd.api.
