 Arguments

     wa is a pointer to self.

 Description

     orderListClear() clears the order list currently in use by the work
     area referenced by wa.

 Default Behavior

     You must implement the default behavior of this method through a
     subclass.

 Implementation Notes

     .  Before you clear orders, bring the database to a cold state
        with the SELF_GOCOLD() method.  Also, flush to disk and deallocate
        any memory buffers maintained by the order lists.
