 DBFMDX/1006  Exclusive required (creating index)

     Explanation:  The specified index (.mdx) file could not be created.

     Action:  This error can be corrected in the following ways:

     1. Check to make sure that the .dbf file is being opened EXCLUSIVEly.
        DB4 requires this, and this is also required with the MDX RDD.  If
        the file exists, make sure it is not marked read-only.

     2. In a network environment, make sure the application has the necessary
        rights to create the file.
