 BASE/2020    Argument error (SET() function)

     Explanation: This error occurs if a negative numeric value is passed
     to SET() during an attempt to set the following global state variables:

     _SET_DECIMALS     // SET DECIMALS TO xxx
     _SET_EPOCH        // SET EPOCH TO xxxx
     _SET_MARGIN       // SET MARGIN TO xx
     _SET_MESSAGE      // SET MESSAGE TO xx

     Action:  Change your code.  Do not pass negative values to SET().
